I wanted to share that I was very. Happy to have Brenda Ashby as my realtor. She, she was very knowledgeable with everything that needed to take place. She helped me with selling a probate which I clearly had no information on what I needed to do.. She was there when I needed her and I really appreciated that. Brenda is by far the best Real estate agent I have met in 17 years as an investor. She has vastly exceeded my expectation. I teach QFD (Six Sigma Master Black Belt) and know one or two things about meeting versus exceeding customer expectation. After carefully filtering about 20 agents I zeroed in on 3 candidates. I met Brenda in March of 2014. I immediately sensed she was the right person to work with me during my journey in purchasing a home. It took longer than usual for me to purchase but Brenda was right there with me every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, responsive and skillful. She knows every step of the process and she even anticipates possible road blocks and prepares for them. She was patient, prompt and diligent in locating the neighborhood and complex that I wanted to live in. Ms. Ashby is very thorough.
