Tacos El Llano in Palmdale, is a relatively new spot in Palmdale. You can find Tacos El Llano off the corner or East Avenue R and 30th Street East. This spot is cash-only. One patron called it "the desert oasis." The carne is fresh, and the tortillas are handmade. at $2 a taco. Make sure you load up on these.
El Taqueria Poblano, Inc. in Palmdale. This place pumps out tacos by the minute with their Tijuana-style tacos. You are in for some of the freshest tacos in the Palmdale region. Patrons line up against the high desert winds and it well worth the wait. The favorites include tacos de chorizo, cabeza, and carne asada. You can find El Taqueria Poblano with its truck on East Avenue R and 47th Street East. They are open until the late night hours, get a burrito that is stacked high with asada, and their famous salsa roja, and all the fix-ins.
Pablitos Tacos located in Palmdale, off 30th Street East and Palmdale Blvd near Circle K from 6 PM to 12 AM with cars camping out waiting for the truck to start serving. Their tacos de lomo saltado with extra serving of crack sauce is new to the A.V., has patrons coming back Tuesday through Sunday for more. The owner Danny Rodrigues has continuously referred to his tacos as Tijuana-style with a South American twist.

The family-owned restaurant prides itself on having excellent customer service, making anyone who comes feel like they are coming home. Located at 323 East Palmdale Blvd in the City of Palmdale.

They are not only known for their tacos, you should try their wet burritos or weekend menudo. Located at 832 East Avenue Q-6 in the City of Palmdale.
